Swipe up on its preview window to close it.
If you have an iPhone without a Home button, swipe up from the middle or bottom of the screen and hold until you see the app switcher, then swipe right until you find Google Drive.
On iOS 13, double-click the Home button, swipe right until you find Google Drive, swipe up on its preview window to close it, then restart your upload. To do this on Android, go to “Settings -> Apps & notifications -> See all apps.” Find Drive in the list, tap “Force Stop,” then try your upload again.
